In a world that fosters emasculated masculinity – adolescent behavior, detached, avoiding sacrifice and commitment – the Cross of Jesus Christ can shed incredible light and help men find true masculinity. In this snippet from a talk, I gave at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Sugar Land, TX, I lay out the contrast between these two versions of masculinity. Men today must choose… the world, the flesh, and the Devil… or take up their cross and follow Him (Jesus).
