Behold The Man No. 21 Saint Luke Christmas Special

Merry Christmas! Today, we go through Saint Luke’s narrative of the Nativity story.  Like the shepherds in the fields, keeping watch over their flocks, we should keep watch over our souls and be ready for the Christ child wrapped in swaddling clothes.  We also show how the birth, and offering of our Lord in the Temple, is a fulfillment of the prophesy of Danial 9:20-28.

Navarre Commentary on Daniel 9:20-28: “Seventy times seven or seventy weeks symbolizes total and definitive completion – when evil and sin will disappear, divine justice will take over, all the prophecies will come true, and the temple will be consecrated definitively.”
